Tree Photos 3 — People and Trees

Woman rests under Banyan Tree in the Confucius Temple Park, Tainan City, Taiwan

Belaboring the tree photos (Tree posts 1 and 2). Photos of trees, and people enjoying them or their shade.

This is a five photo stitch so I could get the whole tree in without having the parallax distortion of a wide angle, or having to move too far back and lose the focus of the people practicing Tai Chi.

Sacred Fig Banyan (Ficus Religiosa), Bo-tree. Tainan Park

Another stitch so I could get some scale between the people and this massive, massive Banyan. Loses a lot at this size, though.

  1. Great pictures. Let me know if you’re planning on taking any in my neck of the woods. We’ve got some great betel nut and banana trees up here!

  2. I can really see how much effort you put into getting the photos to go with my article; I’ve added a link from my blog to this page on yours.. Thanks again!
